1. No membership fee

Firstly, unlike other lifestyle management or corporate concierge companies, there is no membership or joining fee. Sourcerer will only charge you for the time you use and will always provide the utmost in value for money.

2. No added commission

We do not take commission from our partners. If you have asked us to source a service provider, tradesperson, event venue or anything else, the quote we give you is the quote they’ve given us. We are not out to make a profit through our clients, we are here to provide a value for money service.

What’s more, we believe that choice is important so we will always provide you with a range of options from lower cost through to mid-range and up to top-range. This way you are fully in control of your budget.

3. Flexible Pricing

Sourcerer charges by the hour, half day or full day depending on your requirements but we are also more than happy to discuss your particular needs with you. For example, should you need us for a week or even on a regular monthly basis then we will work out a competitive package for you.

5. Lifestyle Management Packages

A growing number of our clients are taking advantage of our discounted package rates. If you feel you would benefit from on-going assistance then a monthly retainer package or ‘hours bank’ may be of interest so please contact us at your convenience to discuss your specific requirements. We would be delighted to put together a package tailored to your business or household needs.

6. Acceptable forms of payment

Payments to Sourcerer may be made by direct transfer, cheque or cash and full details will be provided on your invoice.
